Leadership:

The PROs Organization is governed by a Board of Directors representing the membership of former employees of the Parkland Health & Hospital System who have received or currently receiving retirement benefits from PHHS.

The organization's officers - the President and Vice President/President Elect, Secretary and Treasurer - are elected by the members. They also elect organization directors -- Directors for Programs, Membership, Facilities Planning and Member-At-Large.  The Immediate Past President also serves on the Board of Directors.

The PROs leaders follow principles and guidelines outlined in the Organization's Bylaws. The Board also has adopted Standing Rules to provide guidance in discharging individual responsibilities.

The Board conducts business meetings as required.
